RP120 – 1.5 A Low-Voltage LDO Regulator with Dual Input Voltages

Ricoh Electronic Devices, Co. Ltd has launched the RP120 Low Voltage LDO Regulator, 
a remarkable product in a tiny WLCSP package but able to provide a powerful 1.5 A 
output current. It is targeted to provide high power for state-of-the-art processor 
generations requiring ultra-low supply voltages. RP120 is equipped with 2 input supply 
pins for internal circuits and regulator driver to achieve output voltages down to 0.6V.
