The RM516 / RM517 Buck DC/DC Converter Modules are remarkable products in a tiny QFN2430-8 package with a powerful 100mA / 300mA Buck DC/DC converter and built-in inductor. They require only two external capacitors, which removes the necessity of complex wiring and enables designing a compact board with ease.　　They also contribute to long battery life and small battery size by reducing total power consumption through reduction of invalid power in standby mode period by VFM control.
