GNSS L5/E5/B2/G3/L2C Band
Front-End Module
Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. has launched a front-end module (FEM) designed for high-precision GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo…) receiver applications. The NJG1186 includes a pre-SAW filter and a low noise amplifier (LNA) and covers the 1.2-GHz band.
The NJG1186PJL front-end module is designed for GNSS L5/E5/B2/G3/L2C band applications and offers low noise figure, high linearity, and high out-band rejection characteristics. An additional control pin allows the FEM to enter a stand-by mode to minimize current consumption. The FEM has a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +105°C and its metal hermetic-sealed housing (MSL1) ensures reliable operation and stable performance in high humidity outdoor environments.
By combining the additional NJG1159PHH L1 Band (1.5-GHz Band) FEM in a multi-GNSS circuit, a higher positioning precision can be achieved.
