ICs and Solutions with ultra-low supply current for future IoT devices
For sensor devices with an independent power source
Mr. Andrew Bortlik shows an interesting presentation, recently published at The Things Conference. The presentation is about products and solutions for powering IoT devices. Nisshinbo Micro Devices recently introduced several power management ICs dedicated for use in applications powered by alternative power sources such as PhotoVoltaic cells.
In addition, the presentation explains about a special circuit board called RIOT-001 which is especially designed to make it easier for electronics designers to experiment with and develop their own solutions by using our ultra-low current consuming ICs for power management and energy harvesting.

The RIOT-001 board is a complete experimental board and also contains an onboard MCU and Bluetooth LE chip. This makes it possible to transfer measurements results to peripheral devices such as smartphones or tablets. Have a look to this presentation and learn more about our products and future plans.
