Fuji Electric has recently launched their V-Series IGBTS. These modules are for 3-Level inverters. Some of the advantages of these IGBTs are Trench-FS IGBT, high thermal cycling capability, low spike voltage & oscillation free, and excellent turn-on dlc/dt control.
